We will happily issue refunds, store credits, or exchanges for full-priced, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) within 21 days of the original purchase date. By ordering an item from escapadaliving.com, you are explicitly agreeing to the terms of our return policy. Please note that this return policy only refers to purchases made at escapadaliving.com and is not applicable to purchases from any other Escapada Living retailer. Please read the details below before submitting returns.
Online Return and Exchange Policy:
Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be accepted within 21 days of the original purchase.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns must be sent via mail to the address shown under "Follow These Steps" below, or made in person at our office in Mount Pleasant, SC. Local/ in-person returns are accepted Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.
All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Any product with signs of usage (i.e. perfume smell, deodorant marks, makeup stains, etc.) will be refused.
The credit/refund will contain the full purchase price, including any taxes, minus the original shipping charges.
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a trackable mailing service, as Escapada Living cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Any merchandise that does not meet these requirements will be refused by the Escapada Living warehouse and sent back to the customer.
Follow These Steps:
1. Print this form (or find it included with your original shipment, on the back of your receipt), fill it out, and include it in the package with the merchandise you wish to return.
2. If returning via mail: Please ship item(s) to the address below.

If returning in person: Please submit a request here. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the address (located off Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant, SC) and additional details. These returns must be dropped off Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.
3. Keep an eye on your email inbox! You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
Refunds/store credits will be issued within 7-10 business days for items mailed to our warehouse. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process refunds. If you choose to exchange your merchandise for a different item, the new piece will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.
Refunds/store credits will be processed within 2 business days for items returned in person. If you choose to exchange merchandise, the new item(s) will be ready for pickup the next business day.
