Step 1: Procure!

Procure your favorite rosé. Well, maybe not your favorite. During the freezing process, the rosé will lose a bit of its flavor. Go for a full-flavor, richer rosé than you normally might choose.

Step 2: Pick!

Pick your poison. Depending on how strong you want your frosé, either opt for a grapefruit liqueur or grapefruit juice.

Step 3: Blend!

Blend your two drinks of choice together. We’re using the entire bottle of rosé. Add your grapefruit liqueur/juice to taste. If you like your drinks a little sweeter, add a pinch or two of sugar.

Step 4: Freeze!

Pour your mixture into a 13x9 pan. Place in the freezer for approximately 6 hours.

Step 5: Scoop!

When was the last time you had to scoop your drink? Better now than never! Using an ice cream scooper (or any utensil), place your frosé mixture into your desired glass.

Not the consistency you want?

Melty? Try freezing it longer.

Too frozen? Pop the mixture back in the blender and mix things up a little.
