+ What are your shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 or $8 standard shipping for orders under $50. Two-day shipping costs $22 for all orders, and overnight shipping is $35. International shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis, and international orders must be placed via phone or email (cannot be ordered through out website). Please refer to our Shipping Info page for further details or to place an international order.


+ When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock items ship within one business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to two business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Items ordered together will typically be shipped together, but some exceptions may occur. You will be alerted and given an approximate date of shipment if items are backordered or shipped on different days. There will be no additional shipping charges in this instance. Any shipping delay of this nature will be communicated to you at the time of your order.


+ How do I track the status of my order?

Shortly after your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also access this information by signing in to your Escapada Living account.


+ Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

We offer international shipping for select orders, to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email orders@escapadaliving.com or call 1.877.300.1546 to get more information or to place an order outside the U.S.


+ How long does it take to receive a backordered item?

All backordered items ship within 4-6 weeks from the date your order was placed. Those products will be marked as backordered on both our website and your order confirmation email, and you will receive an email notification when they have shipped.

Please note that the shipping method shown at the bottom of your order confirmation email only applies to in-stock products, so the that timing may differ for backorders. For example, even if the shipping method is listed as "Standard: 3-7 business days," any backordered pieces will still take 4-6 weeks to ship. Thank you for your patience!

+ Is a size chart available?

Yes, you can see a general size chart here. More specific measurements, such as garment length, are available on individual product pages.


+ Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change your order after it has been placed, please call us immediately at 877.300.1546. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests, but please be aware that we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If an order has already been shipped at the time of your request, these changes will be treated as a return. Please refer to our return policy for further details on how to return or exchange an order.


+ Does Escapada Living offer plus sizes?

Yes! Our Escapada Living Curve collection offers dresses, blouses, and pants in sizes 0X-3X. You can shop our plus size resort wear here.


+ I lost the belt to one of my Escapada Living dresses. Can I get a replacement?

We'd be happy to help you find a replacement belt. We cannot guarantee that one will be available, but we will make every effort to find a new belt for you. Just email your request to onlinesupport@escapadaliving.com to get started!

+ How do I return or exchange a purchase from the Escapada Living Signature Store?

The Escapada Living Signature Store will gladly offer store credit or exchange for any unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn and unaltered, with the original receipt and original tags attached. All jewelry sales are final. Items purchased from escapadaliving.com cannot be returned to the Signature Store, and products from the Signature Store cannot be sent to our online shopping returns department. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details about the Signature Store's return policy.
